I got a call back about 10 minutes after requesting a pickup time on the web page, and was able to schedule pickup for the next day. The two people who arrived on pickup day were friendly, professional, and capable, and got my furniture out without any problems. Highly recommended.

I had JM out to help remove some portions of fencing that were old and wind damaged. They were quick and efficient and removed the damaged panels without harming the ones left standing; they had a power screwdriver to carefully remove the panels needed. And they didn't complain about the subzero windchills that we were stuck in. Their truck was very clean and organized too.

I would definitely recommend these guys, they were quick to respond, quoted me a reasonable price that they then stayed within range of, were on time for the appointment, were quick to pack up everything, and were all-around easy to work with and very professional. Will definitely be using them next time I need stuff hauled away.

These two young men came out to give me a quote and they were so professional and polite. I ended up having them remove an entire one bedroom condo all the furnishings and junk left from renters as well as A kitchen and a bathroom that we removed, flooring stores etc. They fit it all into one and a quarter truck and charge me accordingly. They actually charge me less than the original quote. Another company told me it would take three trucks the same size. You guys are great and I would highly recommend you

My first time using Junk Masters was a stellar experience. Despite have a slight scheduling issue, they were able to bring in another crew to help due to the volume of stuff we had to clear. They were very courteous and careful as well as quick about the entire process. Within a couple hours they had an entire house cleaned of furniture and excess stuff including a large upright piano. Very pleased!

I have used Junk Masters twice, on the glowing recommendation of a friend. One job was enormous -- emptying a storage locker I've neglected for 12 years. It was a hot day, the stuff was dirty, but they efficiently packed up their truck AND swept out the locker so I could avoid paying the next months lease. They were professional, efficient and on time. More recently, I needed my deck furniture hauled away so I can remodel in the spring. They were once again timely, professional and efficient, including wearing masks and observing distancing. I would recommend without reservation.

I called Junk Masters and they set me up with a quote and appointment two days later. No hassle, no obligation to pay unless you agree to their price. They came on time and removed everything I had in half the time I expected! It was more expensive than I thought, but they worked fast and were very courteous and respectful. Very impressive work! Worth the money for removing that huge headache! Thanks.
