Pilates is a method of training the body to work from the core. When the body moves from the core, your strength, flexibilty, agility and control improve. When working on the equipment there is resistence through full range of motion using springs as the resistence. Pilates focuses on quality of movement, not quantity.

You will learn the basic principles and how to apply them. Your trainer will work with you to help you understand your own body and what modifications you need.

Services
The Studio was established in 2008 by Molly Baran. After working in health clubs and larger studios since 1993, she wanted a more focused environment to train clients. We consider our clients lifestyle, worklife and other athletic activities when developing your training. You are an individual, your sessions should reflect that.
The Reformer and Chair are used in our Studio group classes. We have 6 Reformers for these classes. If you have no experience, you must take some private sessions to learn the equipment and get approval of your trainer to move into classes. Working in a group gives a different dynamic to your practice!
