I never post reviews but my experience at today’s image tanning was amazing! Usually tanning at palm beach tan I got fed up with the poor customer service and attitudes so I decided to switch it up. I called today’s image and the kindest woman I have ever met (Grace) was more then willing to help me and make sure it wasn’t breaking my bank. Very nervous about getting a spray tan already Grace assured me it would look great & SHE WAS RIGHT!!! My spray tan is amazing and I plan on going to today’s image tanning from now on for all my tanning & teeth whitening needs!

I have been a member here since 2014. I have mixed feelings. Customer service from some is out of this world while it's lackluster from others.
Text notifications about ongoing sales are very informative. Airbrush tans by Grace are absolutely phenomenal, I highly recommend them. She goes above and beyond with selling products. Her knowledge of the beds and different lotions is astounding. With flexible plan options this is definitely the place to go whether you tan all year or occasionally

Hands down the worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to.
I came in to cancel my membership and they told me that I legally wasn’t allowed to cancel between the 10th and 15th of the month because the charge will still come out of my account for that month.
I totally understand and comprehend that, but they would not allow me to sign cancelation papers while I was in the salon to cancel after the current month....... how does that make sense??? Now I have to come back at a specific date to sign cancelation papers which is super inconvenient for me.
I even told the lady I would legally sign something

My favorite Tanning Salon in Maryland! I am very picky when it comes to salons. As far as Todays Image Tanning Salon, by far is the cleanest and has the friendliest and knowledgeable staff. Todays Image always has amazing sales and discounts and are very reasonably priced. They have an awesome selection of lotions and tanning accessories which i love! The beds are very clean as well as the rest of the establishment. They frequently change the bulbs so you get a maximum tan in a strong bed. And the beds are state of the art/up to date and new!
