Services rendered were good, tho for manicure and coloring the girl needs more experience and practice took too long but she was very sweet.
Reason I am giving such low rating is because at time I purchased my tanning package I had informed them I was going on vacation plus having some surgeries done. I walked in today to find out package I paid for which was for 7 sessions of ultra bronze has expired. Are you kidding me?! Why was I not informed at time of purchase?! Not professional!! Would like it if manager contacted me L. Underwood.

The staff has been nice, tanning bed clean and I enjoy going. However I bought sessions and was not told they expire within 3 months. Most businesses notify customers when services are about to expire and I think they should have pointed out the 3 month rule at the time of the sale. I will never buy another package here.

My first time trying out this tanning salon and had the opportunity to work with Baylee. Baylee was Very patient with me as I had soooo many questions and she answered them all and was a pleasure! So glad that I had a great first try experience and am able to relax and be able to tan again! Definitely would recommend!

Easily the nicest staff and even nicer owner.... informed me of all my options, and all the tropical tan offers. I use to go to aruba but after a bad experience I was looking for a new place to go, tropical tan is now my number 1 :-) very warm family oriented vibes. Happy with all experiences ive had there so far. If your looking for a tanning place that’s professional but laid back this is the place for u.

Honorable mention has to go out to Katie from whom I have received a number of massages in the past year. Katie has not only the gift of magic hands but the personality to make her client feel totally at ease and comfortable on the table. Definitely their best location! Customer service has always been great. One suggestion I have for management would be to include more/better details on their website like times. Tried getting my hair done spontaneously one day so I called to make check availability and come to find out the hair stylist was only there specific days and times. I rechecked the website and that info was definitely not there. Still wonderful and clean location. Love that they supply the eyewear for clients

Staff was super friendly. I was there to use mystic tan and I could not get it to start. The girl working did acknowledge that it has to be tapped sometimes and showed me how to do it. I, however, could not get it to work, so I had to get dressed, go back out to find the girl working and ask her to help me. She got it working and ran out of the room. I then had to quickly undress again so that I could catch the start of the spray. The girl working was great, the place was clean, but I hope they can get the start up sensor working on the mystic tan. I will probably go back and just take a robe and

While there are some people who are knowledgable about tanning and the prices there, many are not. I've been charged different prices for a spray tan.. You ask the same question and will get ten different answers. However, the staff is always friendly and the salon is pretty clean. ***Also, their prices are ridiculous. Palm beach tan in Towson is only $99 a month best beds (diamond level) which this place does not have as well as unlimited spray tanning...

If I could give a minus star I would . The customer service is less than par. Change prices during a contract without notice. This is the second time in the last two years that this has happened. I asked to speak to management several times and was told they would call. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later, now I am writing this. I have been a customer for many many years and also have spent a lot of money. You would think that the owner or manager would want to keep a good customer and call someone back. I have referred many new clients to this place and will not in the future

Great tanning salon. Extremely clean location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Packages and products are reasonably priced and you can even reserve the ultra bronze bed. (Super awesome tan on that bed AND comfy). Radios, towels, mints, and goggles always provided. New salon in the back where my girlfriend now gets her hair cut and raves about the stylist. Great prices, she gets cut and colored for VERY reasonable cost. Gf says the stylist is very experienced and super friendly. Looks like they are eventually going to put in a smoothie bar. Parking can be touch and go. There is more around
