We live in another state from our Florida rental property. Our experience has been very satisfying. We enjoyed excellent and honest services. All perspective tenants were interviewed, the ones that were recommended all proved to be long term tenants. We were contracted immediately about tenants calls. If repairs were deemed necessary, we were given recommendations of various ways to handle them.
