HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sister was denied service because she was on the phone with me trying to find the right prenatal vitamins for a friend, who is on bed rest. The wife asked her to cut her speaker phone off, which she did. The husband the rudely told her "NO SERVICE FOR YOU TODAY", when she asked why he told her it was because she was on her phone IN THE STORE, not at the check out. My sister tried to find a solution and was told not to argue with him ( she wasn't arguing, she was just asking when this became a policy) and was put out of the store! As to to now it is my favorite store of all times because of its fresh to taste foods served daily an the best water in the state of Michigan if you don't believe me have your water tested if it holds any value

Employees and owners were not masked ...this establishments prepare food and beverages...yet refuse to follow The State of Michigan mandates The CDC and WHO guidelines... The owner preceded to have a conversation with me again no mask ...I tried to as I tried to distance myself while the employee prepared my purchases again no mask and no gloves ...I do not recommend going to this establishment for anything .....

Nice organic health food store downtown Flint. Smaller in size as it is located in a renovated house, as many businesses are here. But for the size there is a good selection of freshly prepared soups, smoothies, sandwiches and other items each day.
Staff was also very helpful with questions on supplements, oils and other products they carry. I believe their prices are right in line with any other health & organic food spot. Definitely worth stopping in and supporting your local business.

One of my favorite spots downtown! They have the best prepared food, supplements, groceries, and so much more.
All of the prepared food is freshly made. Some of my favorites are the buffalo barbeque sandwich, mixed veggie with avocado sandwich, and the tuna salad sandwich. I usually order mine on a spelt tortilla wrap instead of sliced spelt bread, but both of them are wonderful. They even offer sprouts too! All of the soups are amazing. They are organic and made from scratch with the alkaline ionized water, which is produced by the store as well. I love just sitting out on their porch and enjoying

This is a cool little health food store located downtown Flint. For the size, they carry a decent variety of food selections. The fruit and veggie selection was much smaller than I had hoped for ~ not sure if this quantity is the norm. The prices are about what one would expect for organic and health food items.
