Lucky 13 has operated out of Richmond, Va. for over 10 years in the interest of decorating bodies from near and far with high quality tattoos and piercings. Since opening our doors we have expanded from a small shop on Broad St. to the newly renovated studio we occupy today. We have a large staff of experienced, licensed tattooers who excel in styles ranging from Japanese, black and grey realism, to American Traditional and New-School styles.
We not only offer custom tattoos, but also cater to a large walk-in clientele. Here at Lucky 13 we have an experienced team of tattooers to cater to your body modification needs. From black and grey realism, to Japanese and American traditional, to watercolor, to new school, and all of the styles in between; we can pair you with the right tattooist to meet your aesthetic preferences.
Piercers are available on a walk-in basis every day. All piercing prices include initial surgical-grade steel jewelry. Ashley is our permanent cosmetic artist at Lucky 13. With a passion, she encourages clients to "wake up with make up" and never worry about a perfectly made-up face. Specializing in eyebrows (microblading, microshading, full fill and ombr), top and bottom eye liner, lash enhancement, full lip fill, lip liner, beauty marks, and freckles.
We are located at 1800 W. Broad St. in Richmond, VA. Our shop is between the Science Museum and the Lowes by VCU on Broad Street. We have street parking available on the side of the shop on Lodge and across the street on Broad. Our shop is the ONLY Lucky 13 Tattoo & Piercing in Virginia and we have ONE location.
All customers must have a photo ID with their birthdate. We accept DMV issue, Military ID's, passports, and school ID's in combination with a birth certificate. Minors must have a photo ID with their birthdate and come along with a parent or legal guardian who must also provide a photo ID with their birthdate.
