This rate is for the Service Department , since the Sale Department did a excellent job. We purchased a brand new 2022 Travel Trailer at the end of October 2021. Stayed at Lazydays for one night when picking it up to tested out and make sure everything was in good condition. Unfortunately a week later after we went camping for 3 nights I noticed a water leak in the bathroom. It was not noticeable when we went to pick it up because that one night we tested the trailer, it was not hooked up to the city water and the water source was coming from the water tank using the water pump with hardly no water

Request Ethan Brandt. He provides honest, hardworking, precise customer service. Got me everything I wanted in a smaller rv, which we unexpectedly needed in order to get it into our yard. We had worked with several other people who showed us rvs we couldn't afford or added fees at the end, assuming we would pay more than we said we would. Cannot reccomend Ethan enough!

Purchased my Grand Design Transcend Xplor from Lazydays, and I must say I was quiet impressed with the whole process. Being 3 hours away from the location online shopping was a must for me. I found the unit I liked and messaged an online sales representative who was a pleasure to deal with! She answered any questions I had and emailed me documents in regards to the unit I liked.
We then got to negotiating and I was able to negotiate a sway bar, weight distribution hitch, and backup camera into the deal at a great price!
I then provided my deposit and went when I had time to pickup the unit.

Jim was very professional, helpful, and well educated and was able to answer any questions that I had. My wife and I had our two young kids with us while shopping around which it can be difficult but in the end Jim Templeton was able to assist us the best way possible and even made it fun for the kids. He interacted very well with the entire family making the entire shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable.

The owner makes apologizes for their horrendous customer service department; over and over again with no changes. Several attempts were been to contact their customer service for a simple winterization, no answer, no responses to either email or voice messages. Avoid this place at all costs, because they avoid you at all costs.

My wife and I decided it was time to upsize our 2015 Travel Trailer. We wanted to also upgrade from a production-grade trailer to a trailer that was built to higher quality standards and specifications. After doing word-of-mouth research along with online research, we discovered the Grand Design product line. I honestly can’t believe the people at LazyDays. They are totally awesome. The salesman, Business Manager, and the delivery Manager where absolutely the greatest people to deal with. However, I can not say enough about Jessie the young man that did our walk through with us. He encouraged us to take our time and made sure that we understood everything. This was our second new travel trailer purchase, third one from different dealers. The first two were each at their two national competitors and one was an absolute disaster the other lack luster at best. Terrible customer service in parts and service dept. I stopped by to purchase new coach batteries and the person behind the parts counter would not take the time to look up what I needed. Told me to come back when I had the part number - we own a very common Sprinter. When I walked over to the service desk to see when I could get on the schedule to have the batteries installed I was told very rudely that they had no available appointments until November.
We will be looking to purchase a new RV after the season- won't be buying it from Lazydays!

Had an excellent experience with the service department. Picked up RV after minor warranty work and Deana, Ty and Kevin were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. New to the RVing world and they were patient, answered numerous questions and demonstrated a few things we were struggling with. They have made us customers for life!

I called the service dept to see how the warranty work was going to make sure there were no hangups or problems. I called at 9:30 this morning and at 3:30 this afternoon I'm still trying to get somebody to talk to me and give me an update. 6 hours waiting on a call back that was supposed to be only a few minutes. Not a good way to treat a new customer who just spent a boat load of money on a new RV.

Today my husband and I drove up to look at some Pull behind campers. I called on our way to inquire if scheduling an appointment is required. Troy answered and informed us that appointments were not mandatory but recommended. We made an appointment with him. When we arrived my husband walked in to get things started as I took our son out of the car. He waited for 5 minutes before he started walking around to see where anyone was. After viewing a bunch of units on rv trader at this location that were listed for sale we drove about 40 mins down to location in Aurora to look at some class C's. After walking in and asking about viewing the sprinter chassis or Omni 4x4 units it turns out they were all sold, or list as incoming on their website. None of this was mentioned on RV trader. They weren't very friendly about it either. I can see in the first 5 mins why this location has poor reviews. Come on guys, put in a little effort to try and help people that are coming in the door based on the units you have list for

Avoid at all cost: Went to Lazy Days with my wife to look for a coach type RV. Just inherited some money and went in to research and perhaps purchase. We didn't show up in a Mercedes or wear suits but just went. Salesman looked us up and down and all but ignored us. Sat on a couch in one unit on his phone in one of the RV's while we looked. No eye contact. Totally not responsive. If you go here, Rent a BMW and dress well or they won't give you the time of day. Pathetic!

Wife and I are in the market for a smaller class a or class c rv. Went here had to search for a "salesman." The one we did find had little to no interest in assisting us, seemed more perturbed that we stumbled upon him. Didn't listen didn't show or walk in the ones we did look at. Very demeaning. If i could give it 0 stars I would. Would not consider buying anything from here.

Purchased a brand new motorhome from their Corporate Headquarters in Tampa, FL back in Jan 2020. Wired the cash and paid in full. I was assured it would be ready when I flew down to drive it back. After having me sign all the paperwork, they told me it would be just a couple of hours to replace a bad awning motor. After waiting all day, they bring it out and tell me they don't have time to fix anything or clean anything and to just take it to their location in Denver (Aurora) to have it dealer prepped/fixed. (I had to get back for work 3 days later) The coach door doesn't even close

We had an outstanding experience with Lazydays RV in Denver, Colorado. The vehicle was immaculately clean and ran perfectly. We had a four-day trip to Mount Rushmore, and surrounding states.
The employees at Lazydays exceeded all expectations. In particular, John Howard explained the operations of the vehicle to us, and he greeted us when we return the vehicle. Nancy was also very courteous and professional. We simply cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lazydays. Their pricing was fair, and the rental office was well run (with great refreshments!) Thank you! Highly recommended
