Services
We offer a wide variety of commercial snow shoveling services from, no tolerance properties to 4 trigger properties. We also offer de-icing for sidewalks. We use New equipment including plow trucks and skid steers ti put the snow where you want it. Because we use new equipment we have never had equipment go down on us in the middle of a storm.

What an awesome team. Hooked me up and back on the road within 15 minutes.
When I was driving back to return the trailer, I hit an Elk that stranded me, called and asked if I could have another day with the trailer. Sure. When I returned and told what happened, did not even charge me more for the extra time. True gentleman. Great great team. Support your local small buisness!

Renting was simple, easy, and cost effective! I didint' have to rent for a minimum of 2 days, nor be worried about getting done with my time in a few short hours. It was nice to have 24 hours to get my job done, then have plenty of time to return the trailer! Will is great to work with! You won't be disappointed!

The best customer service I have ever received. I can’t recommend more highly. I rented a mini-ex 3 years ago, and it was a great experience. Honestly, I had concerns, because I was remote, and had not rented a mini-ex before. Fast forward to now. I called about a rental, and Will (the owner), said he remembered me! Again, he delivered the equipment on time, and answered the phone when I had a few questions. I never write reviews, but this is one small business that is defined by an incredible owner. Keep up the good work!

Stay away! I've rented twice from Brad's and the equipment has broke down both times. They have refused to send a replacement machine or issue a refund. They are dishonest in their fuel and mileage charges. Their daily prices look good but then they tack on ridiculous charges and then refuse to correct the situation when their equipment breaks. Do yourself a favor and rent from Sunbelt where they take care of their customers.

Brad's Equipment rental was a great find for me. Our company is out of San Diego, CA. working in La Salle, CO area. My crew rented a heavy equipment trail, generator that were in great condition and working. We called and set up the equipment needs prior to mobilizing. As we arrived all equipment was ready and available, the assistant "Will" was a great help getting the paperwork and equipment set up. I highly recommend this great company out in the middle of no where but maybe where you are.

My experience with Brad's equipment rental was great! Not only was the pricing the best in town but also a good selection of attachments for the skidsteers. Will went above and beyond by taking time out of his day to help me install a new trailer

I highly recommend Brad’s Equipment Rental Service any time you need a Skip Loader. I have rented from them twice.
Arranging the date for equipment delivery has been satisfactory. They have been very flexible changing dates when I have requested last minute changes based on the weather.
The equipment has operated perfectly allowing me to perform my tasks. When I have had questions on the operation of the equipment they have always been available or called me right back.
Using Brad’s is a far better arrangement for me than purchasing similar equipment which I might only use a few times a
