Chef Steven Pernetti started his culinary career flipping pizzas at the age of 14, then by the age of 19, he worked for the InterContinental Hotel in NYC and San Diego for 5 years. He worked his way through restaurants on both coasts.
Chef Pernetti became the Executive Chef at the Golden Door Resort in Southern California 25 years ago then continued on as the Executive Chef at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa Luxury Resort as the Personal Chef for multiple celebrities.Chef Pernetti left Cal-a-Vie to team up with Rotisserie Affair Catering in Southern California as the Executive Chef for over 4 years.

Let me just start off by saying that Kimmy and Steve the owners of this business have incredible food, decor and personalities. They have the Best pulled pork around hands down! Steve is a former Celebrity Chef from San Diego, California that alone just gives you an idea on what to expect. All their food is carefully cooked to perfection!! They Cater parties of all types and sizes and they even do personal meal plans! My words alone are not enough! See for yourself you will not be disappointed!
