I did a second floor room addition, plus a relocation of one bath and a remodel of another and a kitchen remodel of my 1950's home. Arsen and Victor were great in working through this project. The project included a new foundation, framing, finished walls, tile and marble work, hardwood floors along with the new plumbing and electrical work required for the $200,000+ job. They were on the job every day for months and they secured the roof through the rainy season. Arsen could almost read my mind when issues did arise and he had solutions instantaneously, one could sense that he had been there

Arsen and his team replaced the floors in my loft. I got three quotes and went with Arsen because he was the only person who really seemed to understand what I was looking for. I didn't want to have to make a lot of choices and agonize over details. I wanted to choose the style of the floor and leave it to the contractor to "make everything great". This was exactly the impression Arsen gave me. The other contractors had a ton of questions about exactly how I wanted little details. Arsen made me feel confident he understood what I wanted and that he'd make it happen, and he did

These guys really know what they are doing. We decided to remodeling our kitchen. They always were on time, professional and had great ideas. We went with them and couldn't be happier, we not only got a new kitchen but we also made our dream. They completed the project in 4 weeks. I would highly recommend bayremodels!!
