Waste of time and money. It would likely take these guys a year to pitch a tent. They have been working for over two-years on a single palo alto complex and it still looks nowhere near finished. Furthermore, they are also a great waste of money. There have been multiple cases where they have damaged the property of neighboring residents, clipped cars and blocked driveways. It's a wonder they are not bankrupt already.
