Excellent Service from my first meeting for a quote right through the installation process. Lorne was knowledgeable and professional and met every commitment. I received 4 quotes and Horizon Solar was one of the best but that is not why I selected them, it was because of the recommendations from others and the work they did which was clearly better than the larger companies.

My name is Rocco Ida I was chief engineer of Brookheaven Memorial Hospital power plant retired in 2000 my skills are in all trades, from 2000 to 2010 I was self employed as president and owner of JUST ASK ROCCO INC. where for the next 10 years I ran a successful business. I have used Horizon Solar on Shelter Island and they did a great job , timely installation and very good follow up , Lorne and his crew are very professional, as a matter of fact I am planning on using them again this Spring, I highly recommend them , because on top of that their pricing was very competitive.

I highly recommend Lorne and his crew , prior to hire them I did a lot of research on solar panels co and I am happy to have found Horizon Solar witch first had a very competitive price and then performed really well from start to finish, very professional , on time on budget and good follow up , you would be very happy with Horizon Solar.

We highly recommend Horizon Solar. We interviewed around a dozen solar companies and we went with Horizon solar, because they were the most thorough and the owner “Lorne” offered us a no pressure sale. They have been a wealth of information and assistance. They even monitors our solar production remotely. We had our panels installed several… years ago and recently they came by to adjust one of our panels. I asked my husband how he knew that one of the panels was not working properly and he said, "Lorne called and told me!" The great service we received during the quote through
