I purchased a DYI "extruded" commercial quality cover from Solara directly. While the initial quality of the product appears very good, the willingness of the employees, specifically the manager to support you after the purchase is abysmal. (excluding the reception/administration person Lily who did what she could) I gave 0 stars for the customer support after the purchase and 5 stars for the initial quality of the product. If you do decide to buy, make sure you immediately unpackage every single piece and thoroughly inspect it carefully, because after 14 days you are on your own, no support, no
