It was founded by Todd Williams who began as a master carpenter and became one of the Phoenix Valley's leading patio builders and "Partner" to pool and landscape contractors. In 2021, ownership transferred to Brandon Dodd. Due to Covid they were plagued by delays. But once they were able to get supplies (took 4 months) the patio cover looks very nice.
Reason for low Stars is because of the large gap left between patio cover and roof (see pics). So when it does rain the rain will run off roof and directly on to the patio.
When I called and asked abt it I was told they can’t fix that and I’d have to hire someone else to do so. So on top of the $4600+ I paid for the new awning I know have to pay someone else to fix what was left undone

We had our cover installed in June. The cover does a great job with the shade and it looks very nice. However the issues we had were communication (I rarely received a call back and had to call them) and with the recent rains it leaked in several spots. Also I can never get the windows above cleaned or repaired. One of our screens blew off in the storms and the screen company can not replace it because you can not walk on the cover, there is no way for them to reinstall the screen. I would not recommend this type of cover for a two story home. I wish this would have been pointed out during the

Paul Hill with Patio Partners did a fabulous job replacing our fire damaged patio awning after a major house fire. Paul was highly recommended by our General Contractor, Mark Steven Construction. Paul is an ultimate professional, he knows his product and made terrific suggestions. The demo and installation was quick, clean, professional and well made. Our awning stretches across our entire back of the house and is 15' deep. It's beautiful and will provide enjoyment for many years.

WOW!!! I have to say I was unsure of having a "Patio Awning" put in the front of the house to protect the sun because my front door faces south. I worked with the salesperson Ken and he had some great ideas and assured me it will look nice with the design and colors I chose. Then the installer came and his name was Brandon , he was Amazing and very professional. The A+ quality install job he did was surpassed by his sense of my concern and the design I chose and how it would look from the street. Patio Partners completed a patio pergola for us today, 8/18/2020. Ken did a great job during the bid/sales process and provided a very competitive bid. The material quality is top of the line.
Patio Partners helped process all of my approval paperwork with my HOA to help make this the easiest process.
Installation: John and Mark are very skilled and talented tradesmen and completed this job in less than two days. They followed the plans and paid extra attention to the details. I simply can't find a flaw in any of the work they performed... and I'm super picky.

We love our new pergola, it has added a whole new usable living space for us. Even as we head into July we find ourselves spending most of the day enjoying our backyard now that we have such awesome shade coverage. We just had a pergola installed on 5/19/20.what a great experience we had from the company from the salesman Clark, office lady, installer. Clark was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me an estimate right then, which there price was very good. He spent a lot of time with us on best materials to use, color etc. the office staff called me a couple of times to tell and keep me informed on what was happening with delivery and installation date. Fabulous experience with this company! Brandon, the installer exceeded our expectations in all aspects. His attention to detail when measuring and explaining the process were so refreshing. Since we have dogs that are used to going through a dog door he was very careful to close the gate. He was very respectful and kept a clean organized work area. We live the final product and would highly recommend them.

Wow! I'm so impressed with the company and their great staff! I had a solid patio cover installed to replace an existing wooden pergola. The salesperson that quoted me was friendly and responsive and the install crew did such a good job! They moved a bunch of material in and out of the backyard and they left it spotless. I had my pergola installed on 1-16-20 by Brandon, he did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain the process and was on time, that was very refreshing. He was thorough in his measurements and always checked to see if I was happy with my project.

I submitted an online bid request for a patio cover 3+ weeks ago. No response. I then called 10 days ago, giving them another opportunity to sell us a patio cover (thinking perhaps my online request wasn't received). I was promised a call, but still no response.

Unfortunately the new owners who took over in 2018 do not have the same standards for customer service as the original owners who were in business for 25 years. 5-years ago I had a Pergola installed with Phoenix Patios and had a wonderful experience.
Over a month ago I had 3 new Pergolas and apparently since I worked with a contractor even though I paid for the service, 100% customer satisfaction does NOT apply.
I sent the owners, Gary & Michelle an email on 8/27/18 explaining the circumstances of my new Pergola install. I absolutely hate the location of where the Pergolas were placed and

Phoenix Patio Systems put in our pergola and it looks fantastic. They were efficient, timely and the workmanship was very good. I cannot say enough about Daniel Hall who did the install. He was very courteous and conscientious about his work and the end result looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them.
