My name is Jeff Williams, Certified Senior Advisor, MA, and I founded East Bay Assisted Living Services in 2013 to simplify the process of finding the best living situation for seniors.
Nina Vincent, Vice President of Sales, has been working with seniors and their families for many years and having gone through this experience with her own mother Jeanne, knows the value of having an expert guide you through the process of finding the best living arrangement. My wife's great aunt, Erna, needed assisted living in 2010 at the age of 95 and we had a difficult time researching places and separating the good from the bad.

We contact the communities, arrange the visits and negotiate the best terms. This is a free service because the community pays us a referral fee. However, due to our commitment to bettering the mental and physical conditions of our clients, we insist our clients try one or our Health Improvement Plans for at least a year.
We offer a simple, four step process to help you determine which senior living option (assisted living, memory care, independent living) is best. During the consultation, we will meet with you personally. This is where we have a discussion about the care needs and the desired living environment. For example: would your family member prefer a large community with lots of people and activities or a smaller, quieter place with fewer people?
We want all of the seniors we help to not only have the care and support they need, but we want them to thrive both mentally and physically. Our program is customized to the individual needs of each senior and our program has proven to result in significant improvements in the areas of physical activity and mental acuity.
