We moved my mom in to memory care at TreVista last September in the middle of COVID. Although they did have outbreaks (like everyone did) I always felt that they handled it well. They were always very cautious. Now that COVID cases have decreased, I was able to come into the facility yesterday. I was coming to visit in the courtyard. Everything was very clean and the staff were upbeat. My mom was obviously well cared for and she was happy. It is always a really hard decision to put someone in memory care but I truly believe that my mom is safer and receiving better care at Trevista compared to

They neglected, abused and caused great pain to both of my parents during their stay. They are unsafe, unclean, and uncommitted to caring for their residents. Staff does the best they can but they are not supported by management either. It took us a while to see what was going on, unfortunately, and memory challenged residents can't report. They have changed owners about five times in the last couple of years and have no accountability to follow through with any of their obligations of care and safety. There are better places out there. The Kensington is a wonderful location for memory care if

I've worked for this community for over 2 years and for the first time we now have owners that are investing time money and energy to provide a beautiful environment for both residents and staff. This has been such a great smooth process and the residents enjoy the changes that are happening we all cant wait to see the finished project!!

This is a horrible place to put any loved one. They do not keep their word and fail daily to provide basic care that is needed. They pay no attention to the emergency buzzers and most the time never show up to see what's going on. They claim to be pet friendly and will have you pay a pet deposit just to make you get rid of the animal a year later or threaten to evict your loved one. The new director will not work with anyone to find solutions instead of evicting. She is even so unprofessional that if she doesnt like what you say she will yell at you and try to push her authority. I would not recomend

This place is not equipped to handle people effectively with memory problems, especially the agitation and confusion that often is present with memory care patients. Their first go-to is to 5150 a patient. They couldn’t even manage to give my Dad his meds on time which would have prevented issues. There are some individuals who are nice but clearly no one is trained in memory care. Find a different place for your loved one, do NOT choose Tre Vista!

I just started working for this company and they are amazing! It sounds like things needed some improving, but the new management company is phenomenal and truly have their focus set on the residents and staff. It's not always an easy job, but working with seniors is so rewarding and I know my co-workers feel the same way. I wouldn't hesitate to have my parents in this community, because I know that the staff will treat them like family.

These people I do not know how they take care of their patients if they are rude. Hanging up the phone on people. Scheduling for interviews and I came in and the front desk lady was rude. First she said “ No called you for interview!” Then she said “ Oh wait no she is sick.” Then she was like no I don’t know what time she’s coming in. I called to speak to the manager and she just hung up on me. Let me remind you I live right across the streets and sometimes their patients Ben walking on the streets alone and sitting at the seven eleven gas station alone.
