I used their Dependent Care Plan and was extremely inconvenienced when they closed my account without notice, no call... no text... no personal email... which leaves a hard working single mom scrambling to pull through just before the holidays. Very unhappy. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for a customer focused business.
