Mark promptly returned all calls and came out to do an estimate and give me an estimated completion date. The estimate was fair and agreeable. When it appeared he couldn’t meet the initial completion date due to other projects he promptly notified me and kept me in the loop.
The project was completed in a workmanlike fashion and I’m very pleased with the results.

Sanford and Son demolished a very large and well built stone chimney that was in the middle of our house. Mark gave us the best price of all companies that gave us estimates and they had the best reviews. I know the reason now...they do great work. Mark is very knowledgeable and responsive and his crew is hard working. I highly recommend them.

Mark was the only top rated (i.e. 4.8 stars on Google or higher) demolition business in the Baltimore area who offered to come out within a week of us contacting him in order to give us an estimate (all others wanted to do estimates from photos). He was then able to schedule his crew of 5 guys to do the work within 1 week. The team showed up before the designated start time early on a sweltering hot day in our home with no central air. We were happy with the results.

I am not one to leave reviews but the work of this company deserves attention. I hired Sanford and Son to demolish a brick, concrete and screened sun porch. The owner, Mark Ferracci was able to competently answer my questions and consistently eased my fears about the job. Mark was HONEST and the job reasonably priced. The well oiled team was friendly and worked quietly, orderly and efficiently. I was amazed. Their work exceeded my expectations. After the demolition they left me with a usable, clean and safe area.
I would not hesitate to hire Sanford and Son again when the need arises.

I hired Mark and his team to clean out a deceased family member's home. The place was awful looking. Horrible is maybe a better word. From the beginning Mark was responsive and answered all of my questions with sure non-waivering replies.
Through the course of the job and subsequent tasks performed by Sanford & Son I was kept up to date. I'm very pleased and impressed with the quality of the work and the considerations offered regarding family photos and other documents found during the clean out.
In short Sanford & Son did everything agreed to and a bit more. Very please.

Outstanding customer service and quality work! We hired Sanford and Son to remove a deck from our house in preparation for a pool and patio. We couldn't get any of the patio companies to commit to timelines or level of effort. Within a few days of contacting Mark, our deck was gone (along with a bunch of other large items that we didn't need anymore!). His entire crew was friendly and efficient. We changed the scope of the effort several times after it had begun, and nothing was a problem. I only wish I had more things to tear apart!
