I don't know why but they're never friendly. They're horrible at coloring different color other than blonde. They don't accept bad comment. They do nothing to resolve any problem you may face. I'm there to be happy not manipulated into liking something when i clearly don't.

Horrible customer service. They kept saying my hair was similar to what I showed them, when clearly it was not. Instead of fixing it they kept washing my face and then showed it to me like it's a new color. They tried nothing to fix my hair at all. All they know how to do is blonde hair. If you go for different color hair they just screw it up. Stuff happens, and it doesn't always go perfect. But I don't appreciate it when they don't care if I'm happy with the result or not. I was there to get balyage, the balyage starts from mid hair, it looks like my roots are already growing and looks like I need touch up. She dryed my hair and curled it, I didnt ask for that service I thought it is included with hair color, she charge me $50 for curl and $30 for drying, I did not know, no one ask me if I want that service. I paid for toner separately this place cares about money then ur need.My roots r flat with flimsy curl, thank God she didn't use hairspray, it would've cost another $20. Just go somewhere else, this place service was not worth it, if u think u like this place

I have been going to Sylvia for 9 years to get my hair highlighted. That’s a long time to be a loyal and dedicated customer, so when I leave this review it wasn’t a decision I made lightly. She recently highlighted my hair and destroyed it. My hair was 3 inches long in some places on my head from the hair burning off, the photos are not pretty. I have been going to La Salon for well over 10+ years. I started when I was 16/17 years old and never left! Viola has been doing such an amazing job every time I have gone there! From bleach blonde, to burgundy, to chocolate and back to blonde .The color always comes out amazing and she always does it just the way I like it! Never left the salon disappointed. Today was the second disappointment I got in a row from this salon. First time I went for hair extensions and the second time I went for eyelash extensions. This ladies are JUST not professional at all. The owner Annia thinks she can do extensions, well I think she needs to get her license on that service first and then put it on the Salon menu. She tricked me in the price of the hair she ordered and I called her to ask if she can show me receipts. My family and I have been coming to La Salon for MANY years! This is the only salon that gets my hair right EVERY time, and I won't go anywhere else. All the girls are great, and there's a funny man with a beard behind the desk who always makes my day :) I get so many compliments on my highlights and I always recommend La Salon! 8 year customer left !! Rude man answered phone with American accent not Polish, rude to me. His behavior final thing that crossed line. In past Agnus regularly cut my hair did very good job. Then her styling chair moved to a dark poorly lit area. After that sometimes not getting what I described. I wonder if poor lighting affected hair cutting? She cut 'V' shape onto back of my hair I hate it I didn't ask for it. Layers different one side of my head than other. I had a recommendation from someone I met in a nail salon. Best tip ever. The girls here are very talented and up to date with all the new trends. Their advice is helpful. Izabella does my lashes and I'm complimented on them often. I'm always happy with my hair. My hair is super thin and fragile and they tell me no to things I'd like to do so I don't ruin or break it further. They help me choose style and color and when I walk out I'm never ever disappointed!!! Worth the money. Is on the higher end but I believe you get what you pay for!

I never think to write a review. I have been coming here for years and I am never ever disappointed. Anna (#2) does my hair.. Cuts, color and style and every time, she gets better and better!! She always does what I want and such a great job. She knows my hair so if she knows something won't work, she will tell me! Not to mention she is such a sweet woman! All the girls are very nice there too! But I'll never steer away from Anna!

I went in last night for a hair cut. I have short hair and wanted it short on the sides and long in the middle. I told the lady who cut my hair to use a 5 or 6 on the sides. (short but not too short) She is buzzing away and I'm realizing it is way too short. I asked her what number did she use for the sides. She said, Oh, I just used 1/4in I don't have the numbered cartridges for the buzzer...........That would have been nice to know ahead of time. I was pissed. I walked out and cried in my car. My best friend has been going there for as long as I have. Their standards have dropped, and the people the hire are not good with customer service. The last time my best friend went to Agnus, her hair was severely damaged. I'm sorry Agnus but you completely damaged her hair and took no responsibility for it. Agnus and the owners told her if she wants it fixed she would have to pay. This is when she already payed an arm and a leg to have it done. Her hair was falling out in chunks, died a different color and over priced. Guess what? Nothing was done about it. She will never again go to Agnus
