We have a selection of talent and prices available to you based on experience levels. Our Hourly pricing allows for each of our clients to schedule services based on the time required to achieve their hair goals.

The owner of this salon, Linsey, is an absolute master of her craft that I have had the pleasure of going to years prior before her opening a salon. It is very difficult to make a dark brunette a bright, blended and melted blonde, but Linsey does it without fail. She is extremely meticulous and I’m happy to sit (and pay) for as long as it takes to get the color I am looking to achieve that she always executes immaculately. The amount of pride in her work translates not only in her clients hair, but her entire staff and salon. You won’t be dissatisfied like the complainers below that leave bad

Wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else in the Tri-State with my hair - no joke. Alyssa is THE best. Her time, attention, and perfection to my color and cuts are second to none. She really makes you feel like family from start to finish. If you want to make sure you’re hair is done right and to perfection, this will be my only recommendation. I originally came to this salon as a recommendation and can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. I recently moved about 2 hours away from the salon and still make the trip back whenever I need my hair done! Alyssa is kind, attentive, makes me feel comfortable and always does a great job. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her talent is bar none. Like I said, I wouldn’t go to anyone else... even if I do live 2 hours away.

Really nice salon! I drove over 30 minutes to get a keratin treatment here. It was done by Rae and I absolutely love it. She really took her time to be thorough. Very nice and overall great experience. All the girls were very friendly. Easy to book an appointment, emailed me & texted confirmations and receipts.

I have been going to Perlei and seeing Alyssa since they first opened. No one has ever been able to balayage or cut my hair the way that she does. Not only is the salon beautiful and their products top of the line, they are always on time for my appointments and genuinely care to make me 1000 percent happy every time I go. This isn’t a “bargain” salon, but you get what you pay for. All of these ladies are experts in their field and true professionals. This salon is one of the best. I go to Rae and she is amazing!! She can do it all from color, cut, styling, etc. I feel amazing when I leave there. Took my 13 year old to the salon for an eyebrow waxing. Previous visits, price was set at $25 being she doesn't get a complete wax, just gets cleaned up under the brow. Upon checkout, I was charged full price of $40, I questioned the charged since its almost double of what I've paid in the past. I was told there was a price update since the technician has returned from leave. Nowhere on their site does it indicate a price increase nor did anyone bother to mention when I made the appointment. Legit salons notify customers in advance. Unacceptable and so unprofessional!

The worst experience I have had at a salon, and I've had my hair done in NYC all my life.
Completely unprofessional customer service, shady pricing, and said "sorry nothing we can do to help you" when they charged me $900 for a service after quoting me in the $400 range and not informing me of it before it was done. The owner was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to.
Hair washer completely soaked my clothes and they had to put everything in the dryer.
Would give 0 stars if I could - do not recommend whatsoever.

Have come to this place twice, once alone and once with my daughter. We both needed a haircut! Have had amazing costumer service experience here. You get what you pay for, if you ever want a TOP OF THE LINE stylist, who knows exactly what she is doing then you have to come to Perlei Salon. I am absolutely grateful for the experience, service and attention. I will stick to them ♥️

Did not feel welcome during our exchange of emails in effort of requesting an appointment. Felt like you have to look a certain way to just get an appointment. I have short damaged hair and after sending them pictures of my hair, they never reached out after telling me I needed a consultation. Didn't like feeling judged. Owning a salon, should mean making every women feel beautiful. High expectations due to salon decor but poor customer experience and communication.

Perlei is truly an experience! Such an amazing place with wonderful staffs. I can't thank Cassandra enough for giving me such a transformation. Today I had the pleasure of getting my hair blessed by Linsey and Evelyn. I cannot express how great of an experience I had at this salon. From the nicest staff, attention to detail, and utter dedication towards perfection. The process of creating my dream hair took 6 hours and it was soooo worth it. These girls are truly talented and I am grateful to have found them! The best of the best. Thank you guys so much.

Lovely salon with great aesthetic and attention to detail. Everyone was very friendly and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I had a partial highlight done to correct a previous salons work and Alyssa did a wonderful job and was so nice! I was slightly unsure about my hair due to miscommunication on my end and they went above and beyond to correct what I felt was off, I left happy with my new color. They were so accommodating and I recommended them to everyone who asks! already had two people go in after me!

I originally scheduled a balayage appointment for a Saturday morning but I started experiencing anxiety being that I hadn't colored my hair in years and I was afraid of the change. So I called the salon to see if maybe I could go in the same day and explained to Lindsay how I was feeling and she was very accommodating and understanding and told me I could come in the afternoon.
