Blew down couple times in the morning from tube slipping off repeatedly and then a little over halfway through the party that started in the evening the motor blew out....with kids in it. I was frantic and upset. Argued with the owners. Not so nice customer service from one of them but the other was nice. Offered a partial refund but I just didn’t like all the issues I had to deal with so I just wouldn’t recommend them. I think if the equipment would have all worked then I probably would have given them a recommendation. But it happened and dealing with them is what soured it all.

I reserved a slide for a couple of weekends ago, and when it rained non-stop on Friday I was worried the party would get rained out. So I called and office staff made it easy to change the date for my slide. I even called back again and decided I wanted to add tables and chairs, and yet again, it was made easy and hassle free. Easy to deal with, delivery was on time, and I was kept up to date on everything. This is the first time I have used this specific company and i will definitely be using them for next year. Prices are worth every penny, slide was a lot larger than I expected.
