Today was not the best experience I’ve had in the past when Van worked there. The tech Lucy who did my nails made me feel uncomfortable when she told me to “relax” although I was just allowing her to do her job. I was taken back by her comments when I told her that I wasn’t moving or anything. She said “I didn’t say you were moving I said to relax”!. Again I reiterated that I had not moved or tensed up she decided to repeat herself “I said to relax”..then she smeared the polish on my left hand and asked if I had touched it when all the while she had control of my hand. Literally the BEST pedicure I've gotten! When I say I've struggled to find a place where I'm completely satisfied I mean I've STRUGGLED! This is the first place that really seemed to know what they were doing. I made an appointment at 1:15, got there a little early, and they took me right away. (Plus I love the fact that it is by appointment because it's not crowded). Rachel was my nail tech, she was so nice and throughout the experience asked me how I liked things. I absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for a couple of years now to get my brows done. Even though I don't live in Tampa (bc I'm away at college) I always make an appointment when I'm back in town, that's how good they are! Patricia is the best! She takes her time and knows how to deal with my thick wild eyebrows. Appointments are about 15 min long, they use good wax that doesn't really hurt and that never really makes me get red or break out. It's a very relaxing environment, and they're always understanding if I'm a little late to my appointment

Looks like a beautiful place but pricing is not upfront. Made an appointment online for SNS nails. Price was 40 dollars. First, they do not use SNS product on your nails it's another brand.
It took 2 1/2 hours to take off my old SNS and put on the new. Nail tech did not know white powder goes on first.
Nails look horrible and there was no attention to detail.
Upon check out I was charged an extra 20 dollars for taking off my previous set. All other salons do not charge for taking off SNS. Will not be going back.

I am always happy with my manicures and facials at Azul, the technicians are perfectionists, they take their time and make sure you have a relaxing time as well. They always offer you a drink and have soft classical music playing. The salon is impeccably clean and ample, you dont feel like you are in a shoe box.

One of my favorite places to get a mani/pedi. The location is extremely clean. They don't use your typical pedi chair. It's a comfy, plush chair and a cute rustic tin bucket they bring out with hot water. So it's new for every guest. You can make an appointment online which I love. I highly recommend seeing Nataliia. She's beyond amazing. My gel manicures come out PERFECT every time.

I love coming here. I drive from South Tampa to have my pedicures done here. They have a great variety of services and everyone is so friendly and professional. They're also exceptionally sanitary. I get all the tools they used on me to take home and they always wear gloves. I usually feel awkward going to nail salons, but I always feel welcomed here. The ladies who work here are absolutely lovely people and really do a great job. I used to only trust myself to do mania and pedis until I found this place. They really pay attention to details. Definitely worth the drive! Highly recommended

I love this salon - the workers are very polite & considerate. It's feel is very upscale yet it's prices remain comparable with the surrounding nail salons in the area. They have a good selection of Essie for natural nails, as well as OPI & Zoya. Jenni & Yalisa are my favorites. Mani/Pedi's here are extremely relaxing - it's the first nail salon that I truly look forward to visiting. The only thing that could make it perfect is if they accepted tips on credit cards - I always forget cash

Jenny did my fingers and toes. I like this place because it is like a fancy spa atmosphere but I was able to walk in. They had matching gel polish for my fingers and my toes. I felt very relaxed when I left. I will be going back for some more spa services. Be sure to bring cash for the tip because I was unable to put it on my card. I felt bad that I could not leave an appropriate tip. Really nice with excellent location in the middle of Carrollwood.

I had a great experience here today. Patricia was accommodating to my time crunch and fit me in a bit later than I had originally scheduled. She was very pleasant when I checked in. Clarissa, the technician, was amazing. Her attention to details was apparent from the start. The salon is impeccably clean. I can not stress that enough. That is a very big deal to me. Everything is sanitized between clients which is wonderful to see -- considering this is not done at other locations. I will definitely be returning. Their online booking system makes things very easy as well!

The customer service at this salon is in great need of a makeover. One of the owners, Patricia, is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. If you tell her you have a gift card, she will often say they are completely booked. I called back and spoke to her husband (very nice guy) and easily made an appointment. Patricia looks down on her customers, and is not only rude and snobbish, but refuses to show any customer service skills. A mani/pedi at Azul is worth the few extra dollars that you might pay when compared to some other nail salons in the area. My technician, who's name I'm ashamed to say I can't remember, did a fantastic job and was super pleasant to talk to.
The cleanliness in this place is top notch- a fresh nail kit for each customer (which you get to take home with you), a clean bowl of water for each foot soak, and formaldehyde free nail polish options. Speaking of the polish, the color options are bountiful and they do offer gel if that's what you're after.

Super clean and relaxing place. They take a while to do a manicure or pedicure because they take their time to do it right. Tons of color options and multiple different polish lines. And Eco friendly! Best to make an appointment ahead of time if you can but they can often squeeze you in or take walk-ins though.
