I have been going to arch and line for a few years now and I am so happy I have established a beauty home with Rachel and her wonderful team! Outstanding doesn't even begin to describe the quality and customer service that Rachel and her staff offer. They truly listen to your concerns and needs and genuinely care about each and every customer. That is not easy to find. I cannot recommend them enough!

My brows from Arch & Line have been life changing! Rachel is my personal angel. I lost my brows due to a medical condition, and penciling in brows just wasn't working in humid Florida. Thanks to Rachel, I have great looking brows all the time now. I just got a touch up yesterday, and as always, the spa was super clean and welcoming. If you don't love your brows or your lashes, head to Arch & Line! I recommend without reservation!

I recently moved to the area and was very nervous about finding a new lash artist. From my previous artist I knew It was extremely important to find someone who would not cause damage to my existing lashing. It is also very important to brash and clean them. Most places don't care. But then I found Katie. She is very talented and knows what she is doing. She k ow the importance of making sure your lashes are healthy and clean. She is also easy to work with!!

Not only is the store so clean & neat, but its so chic and well decorated with a lot of cute merchandise to shop...I feel like I'm at a boutique all while getting my brows picture perfect. I had my lips done by Rachel in November and had a touch up just a few days ago . I absolutely love how she transformed my lips . I had pigment missing on both lower and upper lips. Rachel perfectly matched the color she was going to use to my natural lip color. I have been receiving lot of compliments. Love, love, love it and I am looking forward to get my eyebrows done by her . She's simply amazing !

Arch and Line, along with their most recent addition Browtique and Ink, ran a 'contest' looking for a model to get their newest service, tattoo removal. I entered and sent pictures and was chosen! Upon being chosen Sierra of Browtique and Ink reached out for my availability, and then proceeded to let me know that it was going to actually be just a discounted rate for the removal sessions. This would have been fine had they disclosed that anywhere on either one of their contest posts. I hope that for any and all future 'contests' they run they make the choice to fully disclose

I wanted to wait to leave my review to see how everything looked after the healing process. Like a lot of people, my overplucked 90's style eyebrows were not growing back. I looked into microblading at several places and chose Arch and Line based on their experience, cleanliness and professionalism. Rachel did my microblading, my powder brows and she does my tint and wax. I am very, very happy with the results I have gotten after every visit. I also bring my teenage daughter for her eyebrow waxing too. I won't go anywhere else.

Professional and Perfect! Rachel is simply one esthetician you want to see if you need your brows done or fixed. I got mine done on a cheap Groupon in Providence, RI. She literally gave me scar tissue and dug so deep the color turned murky and grey. Also-her "numbing cream" didn't numb me and the process had me in tears. Rachel did the whole process effortlessly and with such talent I couldn't help but write this review. She numbed me quite properly and gave it good time to work. She measured and viewed my brows every 15 minutes or so to make sure they complemented my face and

Absolutely amazing service! Yvette did my lash lift and she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, constantly asking about my level of comfort during the process.
