Stopped in to drop off my bike for a repair. It had a loud knocking while pedaling. Rich took a quick look and after a short discussion, figured out it was a loose bottom bracket. Adjusted it right there and then. Super knowledgeable and a no BS type owner. Very courteous and his shop is filled with quality accessories. Will definitely visit again for any repairs needed or for a new bike. Highly recommend 10/10.

Efficient, reasonable and knowledgeable service while I waited on two bicycles......I had repairs done while I waited even though I was fully expecting to have to leave the bikes and pick them up another day .....the bearings were shot on my bottom bracket and they where replaced with new sealed bearings while I waited.....Couldn’t ask for more .....gonna run my errands by bike tomorrow!!!! I’m very Happy

This store is fantastic. Rich at Dn'A Bikes is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He has a wide selection of products to suit any cyclist's needs. I stopped in to purchase new road shoes and expected to be quick. I stayed in the store for over an hour taking about cross training, bike fitting, and overall cycling. I highly recommend Dn'A bikes.

Took 2 of my bikes down for a tune up, had them done in 2 days even though it looked very busy, plus took the time to show me how to set up my suspension on the bike, being my 1st bike with full suspension that I picked up used didn't buy there. will be going there from now on for parts and any work I need on the bikes.

Has everything u need. Friendly honest service. Good hours. The owner is the bike tech. Assembling and working on everything that comes in. Bought a bike there. Love it. Works well. Good prices. Has a lot of stuff. Great selection. Highly recommend. Add on: Bought a 2nd bike there. Put him thru the wringer though. Got the wrong size in twice. 3rd time is gonna be the charm.

The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. We previously had a Walmart bike for our 12 year old and she still wasn't confident to ride comfortably. We invested in a bike at dna and have seen an incredible difference in her bike riding skills and confidence. He has a great program for adjustments and upgrades as well.
