I had an awful experience here. I came with my family and thought that they would have the common courtesy of providing both the bicycles and the helmets, but the owner scoffed at my idea! I really thought this would be a good last effort of enjoying the season before it gets too cold, and I was utterly shocked by the attitude the cuffer of an owner gave me...

Most of the reviews I read were about the trail. The trail is beautiful.
The owner of this establishment is not. He harassed my friend online, told her about eating better (she's a vegan. Not that that matters) and proceeded to tell her she wouldn't be chubby if she just ate a plant based diet. Honestly..I couldn't imagine wanting to rent a bike from someone if I decided to do a healthy activity that shames and feels superior to people with different body types. This guy is really something special. Ladies steer clear. For reference this company is Pocono BIke rental. Pocono biking (a different

The owner of this establishment is rude, self righteous, and judgmental. He claims to be philanthropic and kind hearted when it seems to be the absolute opposite. He attacked someone he did not know on social media about their health without knowing anything about their lifestyle or health choices. His twisted health beliefs promote an atmosphere of discrimination. Please give your business to someone who is not so narrow minded and hateful.

Visited at White Haven as a rest stop while riding the Lehigh Gorge/D&L Rail trail from Jim Thorpe and back. As stated, they rent bikes at reasonable prices, including e-bikes. They also have a well stocked accessory store, snacks and drinks. The other facility at Jim Thorpe is also as well stocked and also serves as the shuttle depot for rafting trips AND bike shuttle.

A friend of ours reserved a 9am ride this morning. The pictures provided in the instructions didn't match (apparently the sign was removed, when looking at reviews just now I saw someone 3 weeks ago mentioning the same, not sure why they haven't updated the site yet), and the company never picked us up. They said they tried to email and call, but given that they were provided two valid phone numbers and a valid email address I don't understand how they couldn't make contact. Regardless - reservation was made and paid for, they never picked us up. Our friend tried to confirm with them yesterday

I love this bike trail. The bicycles are sturdy TREK bike with up to 18 speeds and high seats and saddle posts. There are available parking. It is approximately 15 dollars per bike for up to an hour. After 3 hour it could go over 30 dollars. The trail is suitable for children ages 10 and adults of all ages in my opinion. A waver was signed before bicycle was released. The entire trail was covered with trees which cast a great shade. However, on one side is the white water and on the other side is nothing but trees. Great professional and friendly staff. I am looking forward in coming again

Firstly, bad communication! There's no clear address to go to, and when trying to call to figure out where I have to go, 15 calls didn't get me through to them!!! Finally when getting through they tell me the same thing it says online with no further explanation! It took me another 10 minutes to find it. Because the place he told me to go to, on Google maps is a different location, and the place I actually had to go to is called something else!!!
They use all different types of bikes with many of them that are bad ones.
2 days b4 the trip was planned I tried calling to work on some details, they

Tom is a hard-working business person who is making a memorable Poconos biking experience available to everyone. My tips to make it go smoothly-
* Be on time. If you don't know exactly where it is, check it out beforehand. Arrive 15 minutes early.
* Take plenty of water in the warm months. The water fountains at the halfway point are not operable, probably due to Covid restrictions.
* Make sure that you don't poke around too much while you're up there. You need to get the bike/s back before the 5pm cutoff.
* Lock any valuables in your trunk or wear a backpack with important things inside. It

My family and I scheduled to use Pocono Bike Rental's services on 7/25/19 and we were so happy we did! Tom was unbelievably accommodating, very professional and yet personal!
The equipment we rented for my husband and I worked great and was comfortable (our three sons used their own bikes, which Tom noticed one of their tires was not properly inflated and he fixed it for us). You can't beat the ride in his amazing transportation, a very fancy shuttle equipped with AC and he was playing great music! Most of the other trips we witnessed, people were getting dropped off in school buses...yep, no
