The team here is amazing. I came in with so many questions, having never purchased insurance before, and Emily answered all of them with patience and expertise. She was super kind and understanding, easy to talk to, and did everything she could to alleviate my stress.

Steve has been our agent for several years and has always been very helpful with questions and ensuring we were very comfortable with the coverage we had for home and auto. However, he really showed what a great agent he is recently when we got in an accident on the highway. We called him on a Sunday afternoon and he picked up immediately (in the middle of a Browns game no less). We were very frazzled, but he was able to calmed us down right away. It wasn’t a bad wreck by any means, thank God, but having someone that walked us through the steps of what to do, how to make sure we got all the proper
