Services
The Siemens Espree provides extraordinary performance, patient satisfaction, and a very wide range of clinical applications that further enable your facility. This system has an opening of almost 2.3 feet in diameter to provide a full foot of space over the patient's head. Its short bore enables physicians to perform exams with their patient's head completely outside the magnet which provides benefits for claustrophobic patients.
Our Hitachi is an Altaire Open MRI and we have a GE 1.5 Tesla. Our Mammography unit is a Hologic 3D genius, which specializes in exams for women with dense breasts. It is the only exam that is FDA approved as superior to standard 2D mammography for routine breast cancer screenings for women with dense breasts.
No special preparation is required prior to the MRI exam. You may eat normally and go about your daily routine. Continue to take any medication prescribed by your doctor unless otherwise dictated. Prior to entering the scan room for your exam, you will be asked to leave those items that are not compatible with a magnetic field in a safe place outside the scan room.
Mammography is a low-dose x-ray examination of the breast. A mammogram is used in the early detection and diagnosis of breast diseases. Current national guidelines recommend annual screening mammography for all women age 40 and over. Screening 3D Digital Mammography is for women who are asymptomatic (have no symptoms or breast problems).
X-Ray is the original form of radiology that is still a commonly used method. It is the fastest and easiest way for a physician to view broken bones, joint or spine injuries and to evaluate the chest or abdomen. On the day of the exam, please wear loose, comfortable clothing, avoiding garments that have zippers, belts, or buttons made of metal.

Not sure why it takes so long for them to obtain insurance authorization... I have very good insurance. Was told it take 1-2weeks. No way! The entire time I am in severe neck pain and me and my doctor waiting so that I can be treated the proper way.. Thank God for my doctor he got on the phone and reached out to another imaging place and Authorization was give same day.... It makes me wonder.... Are they not taking there job serious? Windsor - listen up, people are in pain. Start putting your patients first.. Get it done. When people come to you it’s because there doctor wrote a referral and

Refused to take an x-ray of my hand because I'm pregnant. They had me in the x-ray room with the safety vest on, the tech went to get the paperwork for me to "sign" only to come back and say management will not allow her to x-ray pregnant women! Don't waste your time if you need an x-ray and are pregnant! I will not be back ever, even after I have babies.

Well this was are first and last time ever using this place... nothing but a waist of time. We sat waiting for over an hour waiting for the incompetent Dr.young to agree to do are sons MRI. He never responded so we left. Are son has had multiple MRI’s at U health in Miami with no issues and apparently he wasn’t skilled enough to take care of someone with coils in there head.. bottom line if your looking for a Place that will take care of your needs and not give you the run around then this place is not for you! Avoid and take your business to a better place!

Kerri and the staff at Windsor Imaging are very professional and kind. I love working with them and continue to send family to them as well. I always get my reports on time and the imaging is always high quality. The interpretation performed by their Doctors is on point which helps me with my reporting. They work in the community to help improve St. Lucie County and I could not ask for a better place to refer to. Love them.

This place came recommended by my chiropractic doctor and it was as good as an MRI can be. I was greeted by Tanya the front desk personnel who handed me some forms to read over on an IPad and sign. They had the TV on the news while I sat waited maybe 5 minutes before Julie came to get me.
Julie my technician was extremely friendly and courteous. I explained my apprehension since this was my first time. She explained everything I would hear and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They offered me headphones with my music of choice and a sleeping mask to cover my eyes.
Now it is noisy

Would highly recommend Windsor Imaging to those in need of an MRI. All staff was extremely professional and kind. My technician Chris was gentle, aware of the pain in my left knee, and lower back. She is absolutely amazing, deserves to be mentioned and deserves a $Raise$. May God continue to bless this business.
