Awful. Receptionist Chanel is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Office schedules you randomly for appointments and will treat you like dirt.

They provide absolutely invaluable services to the community ❤️ like Prep and HIV testing at low cost. They are an extremely accommodating and sweet staff. I special shout out to Chanel for superb customer service and Erica for having legit the lightest touch when it comes to injections and blood work. All so sweet ❤️ Would recommend this place to everyone I know!

I LOVE the staff there very helpful and most of all very professional at what they do. Would recommend friends and family to this location. I wouldn’t mind being there all day long, as soon as you enter you feel a comfortable atmosphere

This is the best medical facility in Palm Beach county! Very friendly staff, so sweet and caring. Extremely attentive and fast to help with any and all situations. Dr. Carlos is an excellent doctor as well! Can't recommend enough.

Words can not express the way I feel about this facility and the staff working here. Dr. Harris is incredibly nice and caring. The Phlebotomist is so sweet !! I highly recommend them without hesitation.
