We had just purchased a fixer upper in Union City. Construction prices here in the bay area are insane. Rigo was straight forward and to the point. He beat other contractors quotes by 30%. He redid our kitchen, tore out subfloors, repipe, electrical, hardwood floors, windows... the whole kitchen sync! This guy got it done in 30 days and on budget. He would give me daily updates.
