Great customer service! Beautiful place! Very clean and quiet. Restaurants are only 2 minutes away driving. Boat rentals, skydiving, and restaurants around the area. Yosemite National Park is 50 minutes from RV Resort.

Camping during the Dec 2021 Winter Storm, the campsite and staff were under-prepared for the dump of snow. This made it difficult both for campers and staff, and pitches were inaccessible or very very difficult to get off.
The facilities themselves were excellent, and I imagine in fairer weather or typical conditions the place would have been fantastic. The chamaradery of the fellow campers was fantastic and made our stay heartwarming, despite the weather.

Clean park. Some of the cleanest restrooms and showers we’ve ever seen. Only giving three stars because office staff it’s not very helpful. Do you know how when you pull into an RV park and they either guide you to your site or show you on the map where your site is? They didn’t do that. And for $100 per night you would expect some guidance They also tried to put us in site 140 which was barely wide enough for our small 27 foot travel trailer, but it’s also impossible to get into without bottoming out. They must know that, Because one of the residents approached us to tell us they’ve

So the location is amazing and within walking distance to a bunch of of shops and places to eat. Out of all the places we stayed at on this trip, this was the most expensive and I'm not sure why because the bathroom was not heated/air conditioned and not particularly great compared to some other RV parks we stayed at. They do have a cool dog run and some neat amenities and a walking trail we took our dog on. Our sight was kind of hard to back into and uneven which I think was common here because we watched a bigger RV get stuck trying to get into its spot. When sleeping we could feel how uneven

We stayed in cabin 129 I'm not one to complain but in comparison to the cabin we stayed in last year ,I believe it was cabin 218 this cabin was terrible. The bathroom separates the bedroom from kitchen and it's very small. The microwave was brok, the sink would not drain, the tv was small, the bed was to short.we killed 2 spiders in the cabin and the trailer next to us was so close you couldn't walk between them. . We left a day ahead of time. One other thing last time we stayed a very nice person came around and checked to see how we were doing that was nice. The Lake was Best part. Thank you Billy

So this is overall a nice park and we have had a nice stay here. However, Bass Lake is too low for boating and no one out here will rent us any boats or non motorized items to enjoy the lake with saying it is “off season”. I wish this were mentioned somewhere before people book their stay. Also, many of the spots here in the RV park look very tricky to get in and out of. Laundry is expensive, and very old rickety machines, and full of pet hair. The pool water looks a little questionable. The store on site charges almost $6 for a SMALL bag of ice 😱 However, they seem to keep up with the park

This place is pretty nice. Definitely made for RVs and Trailers, but they do allow tents. They also have cabin options. They have really nice amenities, including: a pool, a playground, showers, laundry, and a club house for the older kids to play. Nice area for sure. I would recommend.

Great family place! Loved how it was so quaint and clean. The sites are tight if you have an RV. The pool was great the rec room could use a little updating, but your camping! Very close to the Village!

The neighbor was rude and ignorant! The spots we saw online looked nothing like the spot we got- very uneven terrain, and a very small sites. We have a small 27ft 5th wheel and no room for a small tent for 2 kids! No internet and no cable at our site- when we brought it to the attention of the staff their response "you can go to Pines Village if you have work to do"! Stay away from site 116, 117. Site 118 is so small you can only fit a Jeep. I guess if you're not a member they don't care! I will never go back to that place!

Nice place to stay with the family. A lot of campers were here making this place seem very popular. After staying the weekend I can see why it's popular. Very family friendly and extremely close to the Bass Lake stores and Ducey's on the lake. I suggest bringing bikes for the kids so they can have fun riding around the campground. There's lots for the family to do here for sure.
