Prior to your first visit, we ask that you complete your new patient paperwork. The more information we have about your health history, the more we can help, and therefore we ask that you take your time filling it out with as much detail as you see fit.
Upon arrival you will be warmly greeted by one of our amazing front desk staff, who will take your paperwork and then give you a tour of our beautiful office so you know where things are and what to expect.They then will take you to the Exam Room where Dr. Zukeran will first meet with you to begin the consultation and exam.

I love Katy Elite Chiropractic! Their care is amazing and I had an amazing experience. On my first visit the doctor was very nice and understanding. As for the treatment, it was an amazing experience I had terrible back pain and it got relieved with the first visit. The doctor’s adjustments are very good and the massages are also amazing! The staff is also very nice and generous. Definitely recommend!

This was my first visit to a chiropractor. So obviously I was a bit nervous. Entering the building, I was met with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the receptionist. This is much appreciated because many clinics have receptionist that are not pleasant. Dr. Ammon Zukeran was great. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and made sure I did comprehend what was said. He made sure I was comfortable and took good care of me. The masseuse was awesome also. Just wanted to say thank you the the tram!
