Dr. Kimberlee Barnhart always knew growing up that she wanted to be a doctor and work with children. Originally, she pictured herself serving in the medical field as a pediatrician and pursued an undergraduate degree with this goal in mind. She graduated pre-med from Baylor University in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Kimber focuses on removing interference from your nervous system. In turn, your nervous system can communicate properly with the organs, glands and muscles of the body. You'll have the ability to heal and function at your highest level with a full range of motion, just like the human body was intended to.
Many women have never heard of the powerful benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy. However, during each stage of the pregnancy journey, an optimally functioning nervous system and aligned spine greatly benefits the expecting mother and her child. Dr. Kimber is AMAZING!! I first came to her because I was desperate to have my 8 yr old sleep through the night. I was at my wits end and had tried almost everything else. It took a few months but not only does she sleep through the night, she has also really changed developmentally. I also started taking my son. His neck was cramping and felt "stuck". Dr. Kimber helped relieve his pain and gave him tools to alleviate it on his own.

My son and I absolutely love Dr. Barnhart at Harland Chiropractic & Wellness. She is so patient good with children and so patient with my son and all his questions. He is in sports and was having some neck pain and headaches and his headaches are gone and his neck pain is minimal. We have not finished our treatment program yet, but already feeling so much better!

I went in to see Dr. Kimber when I was 20 weeks pregnant with twins. Desperate! I know the reason I was still walking and moving by 37 1/2 weeks when I had the twins was because of her amazing care!!! She is so knowledgeable, intuitive, and provides resources outside of just a visit to help maintain comfort! She has now taken care of my twins, helping with a head turn that resolved so quickly because of her work and our “homework”. Thank you Dr. Kimber!!!

Dr. Kimber is amazing! We started seeing her when my 5 year old was in pain just walking and playing. After just two adjustments she was back to her normal self and after 6 weeks she is doing better in so many other ways besides just walking! She still sees Dr. Kimber monthly and now that I’m pregnant I see her as well! She is so knowledgeable about both kids and pregnancy! So thankful we found her & I can’t recommend her enough!

We can’t recommend Heartland Chiro & wellness enough! I started taking my little girl (Lainey) there at just a few weeks old and the difference was amazing. Every time we leave the office, my little is so relaxed and calm from being adjusted. It has helped with our oral rehabilitation, digestive issues and total body wellness.
