He did it again!! Patrick helped me get a great deal on a beautiful house after selling my last house.. Patrick made our first time buying a home an amazing experience! He was patient and readily available to show us what felt like 40+ homes over the course of a couple months. He always had our best interests first and was honest in all the information he provided even if it wasn't necessarily what we wanted to hear. Anthony Francalancia is excellent, told him what I was looking for and boom! he got it all right. He came back quick with four homes, all in price range and location with options I asked for. Wicked great job, some realty people take a day or more to respond he did not take even 1/2 hour. Extremely Impressed with this, number one for sure.
