Steve became very active in the local Board of Directors. He served in many capacities, including President in 2013. Also, in 2013, he was awarded the most prestigious recognition given by the Association, Realtor of the Year. Steve also served on several committees at the state level - as Chairman of the Property Management Committee and as a member of the Public Policy Committee, then as The District 2 Vice President for 2014.

I tried to get out of a lease that me and my ex wife were on for the fact I was separating and divorcing from her and Nancy told me the only way out of that lease was paying the full term of the lease she is a terrible person hurricane Matthew damage the property and blamed us for the damage her handymen never were not drunk the worst to ever deal with when it comes to rentals but if your selling or buying she’s pretty legit in some areas
