Corporate construction executives, Carl Keller and Chuck Martin, established Keller-Martin Construction in 1977. The company grew in both tough and prosperous economic climates, with Mr. Keller becoming the sole stockholder in 1985. Rick Smith and Bill McCullough became partners in the company in 1992.
Rick Smith has held virtually all positions within Keller-Martin Construction, having worked his way up through the ranks since 1980. Extensive hands on experience has made Rick knowledgeable and innovative in all aspects of construction such as constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, pre-construction, and project management.

We work as a team with owners and architects in the spirit of cooperation with customer service and client satisfaction as our most important goals. Maintaining the safest project worksites for our employees, subcontractors and suppliers is a top priority at Keller-Martin Construction. We have partnered with Engineering Safety Consultants (ESC) for many years and with excellent results. Our employees receive regular training in safety, first aid, CPR, and OSHA standards, as well as project-specific and tool/equipment-specific safety training.
