On 7/21/2021, I hired AAA Tree Service to primarily remove a very tall pine tree from my front yard, which was leaning towards my home. AAA Tree Service cut down the wrong tree and my credit card was billed a total of $4,500.00 for this service. Consequently, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. On 08/18/2021 at 07:59 am, I received an e-mail from AAA Tree Service stating, "We would like to resolve everything. We would like to come and cut down the tree that is marked in the contract. I had AAA Tree Service "clean up" several trees in my yard on 5/7/2019. They did an outstanding job. I had 6 pines trimmed back, a bradford pear trimmed and elevated, an oak cut down and stump ground, and a maple and another oak pruned. They were very punctual and started the job around 8:30AM.

This morning, I was driving on Fairfax County Parkway in Herndon, VA and one of AAA Tree Service's vehicles tried to run my car and others off the road. I guess the driver felt as though he wasn't simply "King of the Trees" but king of the road as well. Since the truck was clearly marked, I called the business and asked to speak with the Manager or Owner to talk about their driver's safety. The man who answered the phone said he couldn't give me any information to a manager or an owner. I let him know if I didn't receive this information, I'd turn to good

Had a huge oak to remove behind our house and they had a huge crew to match the size of the job. They worked hard and got a big big done in a relatively short amount of time compared to other removals I've had. The owner, Greg, was great to work with as was the guy who did the estimate. Would use them again.

I had AAA trim some trees and they did an excellent job. The team arrived on time and after a short consultation to verify what had to be done they got to work. The team members were very courteous and polite and they did a terrific job. The only evidence of them being at my hose was the missing limbs they removed. They did a really good job cleaning up after themselves. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Had to remove a small tree from the back yard that was growing into the fence. Within 2 hours someone showed up for a quote and said they may be able to fit me in tomorrow. Got a call and was setup for the following day, crew showed up early and was done within an hour. Excellent service all around and was happy with the cleanup and professionalism.

I requested quotes to remove a tree from two companies. The guy who answered the phone seemed so nice that I was sure that I would go with them since they seemed to have better customer service. He stated that someone would be out Tuesday, so I stayed home all day waiting, but never received a call or anything. As I understand things happen that change the schedule, I wasn't annoyed and the guy showed up first thing Wednesday morning while I was getting coffee.
