I have been using State Farm Insurance for seven years now and I’ve had the best experience with them. My rates are low and the staff is very professional Robert Milbourne is always so helpful and professional. He goes out of his way to make sure that he delivers his quality service to my family anytime we add on a new vehicle or renters insurance. He responds to all of our questions and concerns no matter how silly they may be, he makes us feel like family and that is truly needed especially in the times were living in now. It is greatly appreciated.

The service here is amazing. They are so helpful. They patiently took the time and intention to not only listen to the problem I expressed with them, but also persistently helped me solve the problem. They were efficient.. didn’t let the matter drag out over time and had great communication with letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I really appreciate the service here and how they operate as a business.

I have been with State Farm since 2019ish. I have had an overall great experience with all the representatives here.
Kevin Collier is an awesome representative.
He’s helped me make several changes/updates to my policy. He’s always eager to help with my many questions. He communicates with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
The only thing I would say is it takes quite a while to get a quote on adding a new vehicle.
But other than that I have no issues with this location at all!
Actually ALL the staff have always been great!

I would like to personally thank Ms Chabely for how quick she responds. It’s not often when you deal with big company that someone takes the personal challenge to respond to you , they understand how important it is to simply call a customer back ,I know it’s advertised as everyone is same, company treats people same great way but that’s a sales pitch. Its not true most people are not what the company advertise in regards to customer service. They may do job of customer service but that don’t mean they are nice and friendly and understanding of customer service. For some it’s just a job

My family has been with State Farm for nearly 40 years so they must be doing something right. We are particularly happy with the whole gang over at Aja Green’s office!!! We moved over to his branch of State Farm many years ago and will never go anywhere else. We notice the little things like how they always answer the phone immediately and sometimes even after normal business and office hours. They always answer every question no matter how silly it may seem. The best part is you don’t just deal with the person who signs you up or your agent/broker, you actually get the whole team. Trust me

I have been a loyal customer to State Farm for over 2 decades, and recently thought about switching due to a price increase! Aja's entire office has always been super responsive and dedicated, but the price increase of 4 vehicles would just have been too much financially. However, when I spoke to Mr. Robert Milbourne, all of my questions and concerns were answered. He walked me through all of my policies, explaining the differences in coverage, deductibles, and incentives. I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable and experienced, which reassured me that State Farm is affordable

I am a busniess owner and Aja was able to help me get policies to fit all over my business AND personal needs. I currently carry my Business Insurance, Umbrella Insurance, Car, Workers Comp, Renters, Homeowners and Life insurance with State Farm. I've recently just purchased my own vehicle & had to establish my own car insurance plan. Aja Green office has been helpful & great up until this very week. One of the representatives called me earlier this week to authorize monthly automatic withdrawals, they also sent me the form to sign for automatic withdrawals to my email. I expressed to her i don't wish to do automatic withdrawals & she told me that was okay & i did not need to sign. The very next day, the payment was automatically withdrawn from my account. I called them immediately, they told me I'm sorry
