Tyson was fantastic! He was on time and extremely professional. He provided us with step by step instructions of what he was doing and how they tested. He walked us to each area of our home and explained what was happening and talked about different solutions that we could look into. He made the whole process easy. Results took a few days with full explanation. We are very happy that we choose to work with him! Would highly recommend!

Tyson was prompt and professional. He came out to do a second mold sampling since the shower had been too recently cleaned the first time he came out. He did a very quick turnaround on the reports and follow up, and has been professional and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing referrals for remediation. I was really impressed with this company's policy to not do remediation on their inspection jobs due to the conflict of interest.

Rick from Bay Area Mold Pros was great to work with! Very responsive and professional. I did some price comparisons and this was the most affordable I could find. I do know that there are a lot of factors that go into choosing a mold inspector, so please take those into consideration. My family and I were looking for any significant mold issues that we couldn't see (in our fairly new home, built in the 80's). Rick used two hand-held technologies to check out the humidity and moisture levels within rooms and behind bathroom tiles. He also took air samples to send to the lab. Results came quickly
