On a Friday evening, I called at 6:52pm they close at 7pm, Elad was amazing, he went out of his way, to give me an in depth consultation over the phone. I was very impressed with Optimum Mold, especially Elad. He was really knowledgeable, and he most importantly gave me his time to explain the process for inspecting for mold, and treating mold. He also made me feel that he wasn’t going to charge me more than he needed to and that he would assess how much we needed to be aggressive in looking for the mold. He was willing to take it in steps which I really appreciated.

My wife and I run a bakery in Palo Alto, California. Two months ago we had a mold scare that almost had us shut down by the local health department. We were all very stressed about it and our business was already getting affected.
