Benchmark Engineering & Surveying, LLC was formed in Brandon, MS in January of 2004 to offer civil consulting engineering and land surveying services to municipal and private clients in the Jackson metro and surrounding areas. The Company was started by Greg Bonds, a Professional Engineer, and Mike Love, a Professional Land Surveyor, along with one CAD Technician and a Survey Crew.

Benchmark uses the their years of experience to provide its client with a cost-effective design within the time frame that the project requires.
Benchmark Engineering & Surveying, LLC utilizes its expertise to incorporate the appropriate industry standards for all roadway design projects we undertake. We utilize the latest in roadway design & hydraulic software to model the proposed design and prepare a highly detailed, accurate, value engineered set of construction plans for all of our clients whether it's a Municipality, County or private developer.
A traffic impact analysis (TIA) is a specialized engineering study that determines the potential traffic impacts of a proposed traffic generator. Traffic impacts and their potential need for mitigation are important for any community to consider with new roadways, development proposals and existing traffic issues.
Benchmark offers complete site plan design services for Developers, Municipalities and Corporate clients. We have performed Civil Site Engineering services on over 100 projects over the years which includes hotels, restaurants, athletic facilities, city parks, retail centers, banks, medical offices, fire stations, car washes, churches, schools (private and public), corporate entities, professional office centers, marinas, etc.
