Expert staff, fabulous service, and locally owned. I walked in needing a front brake and derailleur adjustment before leaving for vacation where I'll be doing a lot of riding. I expected to leave the bike and come back in a few days because the shop is so popular. A mechanic walked right up, we had a short conversation about the work I needed, and he offered to put it on the stand and fix it immediately. 10 minutes later my bike was adjusted and I was out the door. I offered to pay and they wouldn't accept because it was such a small job so I bought some accessories instead. Thanks

We just moved to the area and I needed service on a badly blown tubeless tire. The care and attention my bike received was greatly appreciated. Everyone was kind and extremely knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes I received a fixed bicycle and some helpful advice! Thank you so very much. We'll definitely return for any of our cycling needs. Local bike shops are the best :)

Spoke with Paul and received some very good advice based on my feed back to him about the type of riding I'm doing now and what I'm looking for next. Recommended the Specialized Fuze hard tail. Showed me an E-bike as well would have been really tempting if it had been a large frame! I can tell this is a shop with people who are passionate about cycling.

Wonderful service! I was about to be out of town with my bike and really needed a new seat. I called them right before close and talked to Scott who was extremely pleasant and helpful! Scott and a coworker let me come in right at closing to get a measure and find the perfect seat. It’s very refreshing to go to a bike shop that you can tell they care about your bike experience.

Blue Wheel Bicycles went above and beyond for me when I brought my commuter bike into their shop. I appreciated them listening to my issue then diagnosing what the problem was and showing me what needed to be done. I also needed a new rear tire and they brought out different options of various durability and pricing options and let me choose the tire that worked best for my needs. I will be bringing my bike back to Blue Wheel Bicycles.

The staff at Blue Wheel is so friendly and knowledgeable. I came in twice to look at different bikes and got outstanding help from two people. I ended up getting a bike from a different store, just because it was a better fit for me- but I really want to emphasize how kind and patient the staff at Blue Wheel was. Not pushy at all. And as someone who is new to the bike world, they made me feel welcome and really took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Thank you again!

They sell some good bikes here. Salsas are great bikes. The service wasn't unfriendly, but they weren't trying too hard either, you still get an air of bike shop "would rather be riding" aloofness from certain employees, though there is one employee that I didn't catch the name of who was quite helpful. They have the basic gear you'll need and do carry some touring frames which is cool.

Had a really great experience buying a bike here! Went in a few times before finally deciding what I wanted and am very grateful for all the help I received! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I ultimately made my decision to buy at Blue Wheel because of the great selection of bikes and friendly service. I highly recommend going to Blue Wheel first if you're looking for a new bike! Just took my bike in for the first tune up and was again treated like a highly valued customer.

The store itself looks like a typical bike store with a selection of bikes, clothing, and accessories in stock up front and a service area in the back. Plenty of parking available, too.
They were quite helpful in listening to my needs, letting me test drive some options, and helping me figure out the best bike and accessories are for me. I feel very comfortable recommending Blue Wheel.

I have been going to Blue Wheel since they were on Elliewood. This is a great bicycle shop. They have never steered me wrong. Today I came in with what I thought was a big problem with my bike. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. At the very least I thought I'd have to leave my bike for days. Paul fixed it in five minutes for free. This is a wonderful place with people who know what to do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place is fantastic. I came here after a friend recommended it. I was a bit hesitant, since bicycles are expensive and a 20% members-coupon at REI was calling my name, but I decided to give them a shot.
I am so glad I did. I haven't ridden a bike in years but was looking to get back into it as the warm weather months approached. The staff was very helpful in discussing the types of bicycles that might meet my needs (hybrid v. mountain v. road). They were also up front about the price of the bicycles, and included that in part of the discussion. I found that sort of frankness refreshing
