After my daughter lived through being ejected from a vehicle at over 85+ miles per hour, we obviously incurred a large amount of doctor's and counseling bills. My gf was a victim in a vehicular accident and she went to this law center for help. She’s fairly young and doesn’t know much about her rights as a NM citizen. She was treated for her injuries for about 5 months and she told the lawyer that she was starting to feel better than before and he recommended that she STOP going. Let me tell you that she was still in terrible condition. She was under the assumption that she would not be covered for further treatment due to the lawyers recommendation. She then stopped treatment. The lawyer sent a very poorly written settlement request to the insurance
