First visit was welcoming and comfortable. Hygienist Stacy had an excellent bedside manner and helpfully explained every step of my appointment. The only downside was the wait time. Like so many other businesses affected by Covid, they were a little short handed. I highly recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Do not go here. They are fraudulent! My wife is currently stuck with payment for Invisalign she hasn’t ever received not once!! Reached out to get her the treatment she’s paying THOUSANDS for and no response. How can you say that is doing honest business??!! .. months have gone by now .. dissatisfied doesn’t begin to cover it ..

On Sunday, September 5, 2021, at around 7 pm, I had a horrible toothache and I called around for dentistry work. Everyone was closed, but I left a message for Dental Care group. On a Sunday night, Paola Delgado, the office manager, called me back and set up an appointment for me.
Today, September 7, 2021, I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. The doctor and the assistant where fantastic. Thank you Dental Care Group. Paola NEEDS a raise and a day off. I will be recommending this office to all of my friends.

My Mother is 91 years old, and needed her tooth pulled out and a check-up and cleaning. We asked before we went in if she was covered by the insurance and they said everything was covered up to $2500 .
She had been going to the dentist regularly within one year.
This dentist is very scammy, and tries to run up the bill, and checks to see how much more money is available. Also, this dentist will make up things like you need a deep cleaning before anything to help run up the bill.
They even wanted to know if she has an insurance flex card with additional benefits to take from.

They are the best of the best at what they do. Paola and Stacey are amazing they explain everything throughly so you can understand on what’s going to happen and what are you going to need to get that perfect smile. I have zero regrets for going to them,I’m actually glad I did because I’m someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist but now without a doubt I would going in.

Just went in today and had my first ever tooth extraction. Had two wisdom teeth that needed to come out. I was really nervous because I’ve never had to have something like this done, but the staff was really nice and reassuring. They assured me there would be no pain and honestly I didn’t believe that. But they were right! Dr. Balboa was really great and I didn’t feel a thing. He had a great bedside manner and was warm and friendly. I’m really glad I went there.

I give a 5 star to this office only because I cannot rate them a 10! From the moment I walked in, Dayric was so nice and welcoming. Then, the office manager, Paola, walked me to the room, introduced herself and advised me of the process. Very friendly and you can tell she loves her staff. Finally, my dental hygienist, Stacey was so patient and kind. Mid way through the appointment, I had to pick my daughter up from school. I like this place. I've already had 3 cleanings at this place and had my mom inspect the work (she's a retired dentist) and she is satisfied with it.
The place always sends reminders before the appointment, I get there and there's is no wait (I take the later appointments), and I'm in and out within an hour. It's a very clean place and the dental hygienists are nice and competent.
I do get offered different things while I'm there like irrigation (which a good idea) or veneers (terrible idea) so beware because they do try to upsell you. Just never get anything without

I was taken advantage of. I have $1500 for procedures a year on my insurance. They wanted to perform a root canal I know I needed. They wanted to deep clean quarters of my mouth over a 6 week period along with a root canal paying an additional $1500 in copays and exhausting my insurance instead of doing it all at once. From the only consultation they charged my insurance $370 for some X-rays and a consultation without a copay. The girl taking the X-rays took an absurd amount (13)of X-rays. Very clean dental office and everyone, from the Dentist to the receptionist, is conscience, sweet, VERY gentle while they work, and, best of all, explain everything being done throughout the process (even if it's only a cleaning). I have had a lot of dental work performed by them and without hesitation return over and over again. They are so gentle as they work. I had a bad experience where I went in for a cleaning and somehow got a Deep Cleaning worth 80x what I came in for. On top of that, the Dentist came in checked on me for a few seconds and declared I need an expensive treatment.
I went to a second Dentist the next day and they told me that the price given to me by the Dentist was outrageous and the procedure not needed. Terrible experience and not the first one reported like this. Stay away from this place!

Had my one my cap done there about can't remember maybe two or three years ago. To me was pleasant. Felt safe, comfortable. They do work on your teeth. Know might be expensive. I say it worth it. Not complaining. Think dentist name Rita was nice lady. So far my cap is fine. Looking forward go again in present, future. Hopefully be little cheaper next time. If not. Oh well what could you do. I would go back there again.

Its really not a surprise to come on here and see mostly bad reviews for this place. By the looks of it most people bought a Groupon, got totally ripped off and angered to the point where they had to create a Yelp account just to rip this place to shreds. I already had an account but I will follow their footsteps in that regard......

This dental office is terrible!! I went for an exam, x-rays and routine cleaning. I waited over an hour in the dental chair for the exam and x-rays. After waiting, they told me they would not perform a cleaning and I needed to spend $1,040 for a deep cleaning!! I have had my teeth cleaned every 6 months and no one has told me I needed a deep cleaning. These people are CROOKS and THIEVES!
