At GPS Law Group, our lawyers have extensive experience in many areas of the law. Founded in 1992 by Doug Simmons, our firm has grown to three excellent attorneys and a skilled and experienced support staff. After serving as an assistant district attorney and practicing law in North Carolina for 10 years, Mr. Simmons decided to enter private practice.
Mr. Galuszka has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 2002. He currently practices in the areas of real estate, debt collection, civil litigation, landlord & tenant, business organization and foreclosure. He is a graduate of Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
Mr. Douglas Simmons's father was a career Army officer, so he spent most of his childhood traveling coast to coast, attending numerous schools. When his father retired, the family returned to Louisiana, where Major Simmons was originally from. Douglas graduated from Leesville High School, just outside of Fort Polk Louisiana, his 13th school in 12 years.
Attorney Opoku-Mensah is a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School. Attorney Opoku-Mensah has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 2007 and Illinois since 2008. As an attorney, she knows that navigating the bankruptcy process can be frightening and overwhelming.

My experience with this law firm to obtain a title search, and opinion of

County has not been completed in nearly three months there has been
know bona fide reason why the work has not been completed. I would not recommend this Law Group and will notify the Legal Club of America that

I would like to address concerns I am having with my attorneys office. They were, since early August, to help me get physical custody of my 8year old son. His mother will not return him and has refused to tell me about his whereabouts or school information.
My concern are as follows:
Lack of any sound advice when having phone conferences.
