I had 8 or 9 procedures here over the period of a year. Their work was about 60/40. I liked %60 of it and was unhappy with the rest. Issues from misplaced filler, unconsentual filler placement, unprofessional behavior and unsterile prep unfolded during that time. I had a bump above my lip for over 8 months, lip filler I did not want, scaring, weeks of missed work and recovery. Now I am currently dealing with horribly botched under eye filler. Its been months and it will probably be months more in getting my face back to some semblance of normal. Unfortunately the response from the spa on each issue

I am no stranger to trying cosmetic procedures but has never been completely satisfied with the results. I had threading done with Dr.Lisa and I can already see a fantastic result. I cannot wait until the full results set in. She along with her staff were very professional and skillful. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure. I am so happy I was referred to Renew Medi Spa!

Jeff is a true professional and makes you feel completely at ease. The Spa is remarkably clean, sterile and impeccably designed. I have had several treatments at Renew, Gainswave and EMsculpt. The staff always great you with a smile. The treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Today I had a treatment with Danielle, very professional and set me at ease. Continued with some EMsculpt and finished my treatments with the Priapus Shot with Victor and Joana. The procedure was quick and painless. Victor and Joana treated me with kindness and were very attentive. I can't say enough about the place

This place is the real deal and I'm so happy to not have to drive to Boston for these types of services. I consider myself knowledgeable in many of the spa services provided and I've seen providers all over the country. I've gotten real results from the Pico Laser treatments and facials that I've received. The customer service has been very good as well. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

I have had threading done to my eyes. There was not much difference even after 3 months. So Dr Lisa redid them for me at no charge. She is very professional and knowledgeable and wants you to be happy. I have found her staff to be helpful too. I will continue to see her for any updates that are needed.

I went to Dr. Lisa at Renew Medusa in Derry , NH after having a failed threads in my face by another dr. Dr Lisa told me the mint threads were stronger and that she could try and lift my very slight turkey neck and jowls . I was ecstatic bc I just spent so much money on insta lift which is a joke and does not work . Well -guess what ? No threads works , I got no results after paying 1,800 dollars at Dr Lisa and she basically told me that mint threads would not tighten my neck when originally she told me they would

Dont go to this location. Staff is very unprofessional and doesn't make you feel comfortable. They suggested a procedure to me that I unfortunately got and it didn't make any improvement, very unhappy with my results. I ended up going to a different place called Forever Young Solutions and just the happiness and energy of this place made me feel happy. I had my consultation with Katelyn and she was super nice and kind, she told me I didn't even need the procedure that I got from Renew and basically it was a waste of my time and money, they basically lied so I would spend extra money

Have been going there for a few years, and off and on have experienced some rude treatment from the front desk staff and receptionist (several different people), but didn't let it deter me because I really like Lisa and she does a good job. Typically I feel like they ignore you when you walk in. Maybe they do that to everyone. Fortunately, the last time I was there, with the covid restrictions I was not there early enough and they still took me (and I know they didn't have to- I was at fault). They didn't hide their annoyance with me and I felt like a loser and apologized. I figured

The worst experience-beware! Went in for tear trough (filler) Dr Lisa thought threads and filler would be appropriate. Was sore for a few days after-expected but swelling in my face continued to get worse and have more wrinkles under my eyes now then I did prior to going in. Called with my concerns they assured me it was normal and give it another week or two....nothing changed so Nurse agreed to see me (i am also a nurse) was told oh that's normal take Claritin and do warm compresses for a week you'll be fine.....two weeks later, more swollen and more under eye wrinkles!!!! When

I am actually devastated that I have to review this establishment with one star. Because truthfully, Christine (my specialist) is amazing and I planned on being a lifelong customer here.
I have been to this spa 3 or 4 times and have really loved it. I even brought my daughter to my last appt due to lack of childcare at my appt time and the office women were AMAZING and walked her around for a "grand tour" to keep her occupied while I received my quick treatment. My three year old was raving about it all day. It was sweet really!

I visited Renew today and have been going for years. Staff is always friendly and professional. Dr Lisa is amazing with my botox and filler. When I wasn't feeling so good about myself I messaged her, she made time for me and I feel 10 plus years younger. So many wonderful procedures in 1 place. Highly recommend this service ...

I went and had 4 laser treatments in small areas to get rid of broken capillaries,red dots and small skin tags.I barely see a difference and I've had treatments elsewhere and saw results after one treatment.Also the last appointment I had the staff were in a break room right off waiting area thier concern was on clothing another staff had brought in to get rid of, instead of acknowledging me or respecting my time. I will look somewhere else

Wouldn't recommend for microblading or any permanent makeup. I'm sure the spa services are lovely though. It has been one year since I went there and my brows completely faded out within the first three months(I believe I had 3 follow up visits in that time frame). This is my second review only because my friend is looking to have her brows done and she asked if I'd recommend this place. No one from management ever reached to me after my initial complaint one year again, so I thought that was a little concerning considering how much money was spent and I was left a very unhappy

I went to Renew to get my tear troughs looked at and to see if filler would work for me. To get in to see anyone takes a long time. They book weeks out. They also cancelled my first appointment because Dr. Lisa wasn't in town even though I had booked my time. My first appointment I waited 35 minutes and I was a little disappointed by this right off the bat. No one said anything to me I just sat there waiting. At least inform me Dr Lisa is running late.

Incredible experience, Dr Lisa is amazing! This past year and a half has been very stressful for me, I have guardianship of my grandson who was 3 days old when he started living with us. At this time I was married for less then a year, as you could imagine this situation a long with trying to keep my marriage, my business, and sanity has proven difficult. My face was showing the stress big time! One visit to Renew with Dr. Lisa and I couldn't be happier!
