Barefoot Medical Spa is a lovely establishment - it was very clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and polite! Unfortunately, the actual services provided did not live up to my expectations at all. I tried their signature pedicure today and will say this “medical grade” pedicure is basically the same as your average mini pedi - it just costs three times as much. That being said, the staff were very nice and gracefully accepted my honest feedback when they asked how my experience was. I definitely won’t be getting any more spa services there, but I might try Barefoot again if I

Very clean and the employees are professional and friendly.
The Dr. was covering for receptionist and my technician, Maddie, called her over to check out callouses on my big toes. Dr. took care of them! Definitely could tell the difference in hygiene practices with this spa and others. The only medical spa in NH but well worth the drive snd the extra money for the services and cleanliness. Made my next appointment!!

Really nice building and clean but my toenails were cut way too short as well as skin taken off the edges leaving little sores. I'm now dealing with ingrown toenails. The whole reason I wanted to try this place was to avoid that and have them cut/shaped correctly. Really disappointed considering the price paid.

If you are looking for a place to have a pedicure, you need to check out Barefoot Medical Spa! This place is so clean, they sterilize their tools in an autoclave (just like operating rooms do for their surgical instruments). They have several different types of pedicures to choose from and they are all amazing! They use a new brush and a polish "… well" so they don't double dip into the bottle from one person to the next. I can't say enough positive things about all of this. I had a manicure last Friday and two of my nails only started chipping 5 days later. Love that the Razzle polish dried so quickly. The spa is beautiful and the tools and the whole operation is very hygienic. Jen did a awesome job! It’s more expensive than other salons but you are ensured a high quality, long mating service. I highly recommend!

Barefoot Medical Spa is a beautiful office! The staff welcomes you with a warm smile and a calming scented shoulder wrap. I am a previous patient of Dr. Shaheen and it was so nice to reconnect today. I had such a relaxing appointment at Barefoot Medical Spa. You even get a heating pad for your back and shoulders which you can wear for your whole appointment ...one of my favorite things!
This time I got a pedi and mani. I absolutely loved their Razzle Dazzle color choices and it was completely dry in 5 minutes and I didn’t even smudge them with my everyday routines! 2nd day with classic mani and no chips! That’s a record in my book!
I highly recommend taking time for yourself and enjoying a mani and pedi at Barefoot!
