I brought a coat in to be dry cleaned. It took 3 months to clean apparently because the coat had a fur lining. Then, the store lost the coat for about two weeks. When it was finally found, the exterior color was noticeably faded from what I assume to be excessive chemical cleaners. In addition, the cleaners had ripped all the buttons off that held the interior lining to the coat. They repaired all 12 buttons at my request. The worst part about this fiasco was the excessive and inappropriate rudeness by the young male working the front at each encounter. The woman who did the alterations interceded

Very very bad experiences at this dry cleaner. They have real trouble delivering your clothes to you finished when you come in. One time I had to come back 3 separate times! One time I had to go away without my much needed skirt for a function and today was last straw. I asked them for a pick up on Friday and was told to come after 4 pm. I came at 4:20 and not one piece was ready. Over $90 of clothes and Joss one of the attendants yells at me! Tells me not to come back! Not only do they not have your clothes ready but when you bring it in - it takes forever. As if they are examining the hope diamond

Worst place ever! Totally ruined 5 of my shirts! all brand new, never been washed before When I told them how they ruined my shirts the old lady yelled at me and refuse to take any responsibility. 5 brand new shirts to the garbage. Stay away From this place and don't ever come here. Trust me you will regret it!
