I wanted to support this place because I think their car wash is great. I live in East Quogue so its the closest laundromat. The laundromat is big and usually clean. But the prices are just totally unreasonable. $12 to use one washing machine?! Who can afford to spend that money weekly? Better off going to Southampton laundromat, way cheaper for the same machine, cleanliness and unlike Strebels they have employees constantly around the place and always super helpful.

Save your time, money, and clothing, and find somewhere else to get your laundry/dry cleaning done. This place charges astronomical prices and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been compelled to write a negative review before today-- but it was THAT bad. They charged me $190 to dry clean 4 dresses and a light coat. 3/4 of the dresses were returned with the existing stains still visible, and one dress was MISSING entirely! I was told they send dry cleaning out to a third party, and that they would call me when they located my dress. After over a week of unreturned

Simply ran out of small bills on me and needed 1.75 in quarters. Asked to swap from dimes and nickels i had in my car. Was flat out told no we don't have. Im sorry but you can't even help in anyway was told no. I have seen you open change machine for people before when needed. But there was no help offered because your messing around on computer. So walking away mumbling to my self i said i guess i won't come back. Was then told ok good don't come back. Was kinda taken back so ill be going to tonys tub up the road.
