In the historic city of Brooksville. Our winery & vineyards are located on one of the highest elevations in the State of Florida at 275 feet above sea level. We enjoy sultry breezes off the Gulf of Mexico; where we grow native Muscadine (Vitis Rotundifolia) and Hybrid varieties of wine grapes. We are a joint collaboration between the Sparacia and Witherell families, united by a love for wine and giving to the community.

Services
As first and second generation Italians growing up in Brooklyn, NY, our family all lived within a five city block area. We spent holidays, birthdays, and every Sunday together. After years of our brothers and sisters pursuing their lives, careers, and raising their own families, we have all come together and planted a vineyard and are building a winery in Florida!

Simply said I was blown away by the view. The winery was built on top of a very high point. That is one intelligent owner. He knew that the view alone would make it a very romantic scene to enjoy the wine he has to offer. They also have a father son band that play pretty much every genre so it's exciting to have live music. God rest the father's soul.
I recommend bringing many friends because there is so much culture that lives with this location. If you go inside, you see the family story and have a connection with the wine that you consume. When I went last there was also a Food truck serving

We arrived early afternoon on a Saturday and found a quiet table off to the side. It was a relaxed environment and we very much enjoyed the scenery. We even got to enjoy a cigar while we hung out. The blueberry wine and Sicilian punch were our top favorites. They are on the sweeter side which was perfect for us. There is also a dry blueberry if sweet isn't your preference. We look forward to returning!

Had a fantastic time here. They recently added a disc golf course and although its only 10 holes, its pretty fun. When your done you can check out all their wines. The White is dangerously good. Vintage baskets which probably everyone would like to own but believe me they are unforgiving. I'm still have bad dreams.
